What is this song/music video?

I don't remember any of the lyric, but I know in the music video the woman storms in this room and there's a man tied up in a chair who she kicks over. Then she starts singing in this red windswept dress, and also in what looks like a snowy wonderland or something with white trees and other dancers? Hopefully that's descriptive enough.
