What's the nicest way to break up with someone?

Well, the worst thing someone can say is "Let's just be friends." Because, honestly, most couples don't stay friends after a relationship is dead and gone, and i applaud those who do!(: i'm only 13, but I personally think the most wimpiest way is breaking up over texting, email, or Facebook. it's pathetic. I think the best way to break up with someone is make sure not too many other people are around, in case they get sad/cry and nosy people start bugging him or her about "WHAT'S WRONG???!", and so they aren't embarrassed. I agree with the person above me, just get straight to it. say "I don't think this relationship is working out; i'm sorry but I'm breaking up with you." Don't hug, or kiss goodbye, because that might leave the other person thinking that you have some feelings left for them, or something. It depends, becuz everyone is different. although you aren't using this info now you might need it later!!(: xoxoxoxoxoxo. -emma.
