Whats the best way for me to loose weight?

I lost 20 pounds in like 15-20 days by stopping to have dinner.When you go to sleep the body focuses on activities like digestion and the body absorbs those extra calories.When we eat breakfast or lunch.The body does not focus much on digestion and we are doing other activities during the day time,which leads to burning of the calories.My friend recommended it to me and I gave it a try and it worked.If you cannot stop dinner then try to have small portions of food or you can have salad.
