Where can i find an experienced craftsmen who can make handbags for my designs?

I'm not a fashion designer but have a good knowledge & eye for fashion. I want to start my own chain of handbags, like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Fendi, etc. Where can i find a person who can make bags for me, that is who can do all that stitching work?
