Cronbach's alpha in qualitative research?

We are conducting a qualitative research on the use of traditional medicine. We will be using focused interview as our data gathering method. However, we do have some quantitative tools used for data analysis such as percentage, rank and frequency count. One of our panelists suggested we use the cronbach's alpha for reliability testing. Is this possible? How can we get the cronbach's alpha if our study is purely descriptive and qualitative?
