How Many Hours does a CT Disneyland employee get?
When I got hired, I was hired as a CT, but during the first week of training they bumped me up to CR. The off-season(September through May) you won't get many hours, especially the first year. You will need to fill out a schedule that lets your department know when you can work. If you can't work very often, you won't get many hours. Being new you will be working nights, weekends, holidays. The only way you'll get a morning shift is if you trade with someone who's been there for a couple of years. If you can't work nights, weekends, and holiday, you will never work. Also, even if you are a CR, when September comes you will only get 5 hours a week. All the CT's get laid-off and the new hire CR's get no hours. Only the people that have worked there for a few years get scheduled. When September comes almost all the new hires quit and find jobs elsewhere.
