I really want to start my own line?

Okay so it's been over a year now and I've been DREAMING about starting my own clothing line. I always procrastinate and tell myself okay I'll start later on in the future, but now I've realized if you really want something don't wait for it just go and get it. I'm just a 15 year old girl in high school (oh and before anyone tells me to finish highschool, like I said before I wanna get started now, so maybe in the future I can be homeschooled and get a better education) and a lot of people tell me that they LOVE my fashion style, they think I'm creative. Some people call me "the fashionista" lol. But the thing is I can't draw or sew or anything, is their anyway I can get help? Because I have such a great idea for my line but the thing is I can't draw/sketch or sew. Also I know its not going to be easy, but with my line I want to start a fragrance/body lotion/mist/spray/lipgloss line. I think it'd be super fun but then again I dont know how to create any of this. I need serious help. How much do I have to invest to get started any stuff. Help me please?! :) Tell me every thing I have too know to get started because I wanna start right now.
