Are all Roca wear fashions made in New york city?

My so called friend says all Rocawear fashions are made in New York City. i think she is just jealious because I found a boutique( Rainbows) that sells Rocawear polos for 20.00 . She said it was a fake cause it was made in Indonisia and not New York city. Whos right me or her?
